  • Lying Hamstring Curls – 5 sets of 12 reps
  • Hack Squats (machine) – 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Leg Press – 5 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Dead Lifts – 3 sets of 5 reps
  • Seated Calf Raises – 3 sets of 15
  • Treadmill – 10 minutes
  • Stretching (with focus on hips and legs) – 10 minutes
