After warming up, 5 Rounds of:

  • PVC Squats – 20 reps
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls (using the PVC Pipe) – 20 reps
  • Seated Rows (Resistance Band and PVC Pipe) – 20 reps
  • Knees to Chest Push-ups (using sliders for the feet) – 20 reps
  • Ab Wheel Roll Out – 10 reps

Then run up 12 floors of stairs.
